What is podcasting?

How do I do it?

You can subscribe to a podcast using your Mac or PC. You don’t need an iPod or portable mp3 player to listen to podcasts. To subscribe to a podcast you need ‘podcatching’ software such as:

- iPodder
- more...

Next, you need to subscribe to either our ‘latest’ or ‘classic’ feed, or both. Copy and paste our podcast feed addresses into your podcasting software:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/sa_itunes_latest
http://feeds.feedburner.com/sa_itunes_classic

To subscribe using iTunes 4.9+, go to the Advanced menu, select Subscribe to podcast... and copy & paste one of the urls above into the window. Hit ‘OK’ and iTunes should start downloading the latest entry.

Can I submit a sermon?

Sydneyanglicans.net has created the Indepth MP3 Library to reflect the best of the Diocese’ preaching. It is distinctly evangelical in character. Our library also includes contributions from like-minded preachers who have supported and contributed to Sydney’s Bible-based reputation.

If you would like to submit a sermon for consideration for inclusion in the library, please read the following instructions carefully:

You must have the written permission of the preacher or copyright holder for the work to be distributed free of charge over the Internet
You must submit the sermon in an MP3 format. Sydneyanglicans.net prefers the following specifications:
a. Stereo bit rate: 32 kbps
b. Sample rate: 11.025 kHz
c. Channels: Mono
Burn the sermon to a disc and mail it to ‘Indepth MP3 Library, Sydneyanglicans.net, PO Box W185, Parramatta Westfield, NSW 2150, Australia, OR email it to

Sydneyanglicans.net reserves the right to tag sermons and reject or remove material without restriction.
